Praisly’s terms of service are being finalised in collaboration with our legal team. This page will be updated with the complete terms shortly. For contract questions, contact legal@praisly.com.

By signing up for Praisly, you agree to use the service in accordance with the commitments outlined here and in any order form or signed agreement you enter into with us. Praisly answers calls, manages bookings, and writes to your calendar on your behalf — you remain the data controller for any personal data we process on your instruction.

You can cancel any time. There are no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees, and no retention calls. Pricing is published at praisly.com/pricing and changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days notice before they take effect on your account.

The full terms — including service-level commitments, liability, governing law (German law, jurisdiction Berlin), and the precise scope of acceptable use — will be published here before general availability. Until then, the commitments above govern your use of Praisly, and any contract you sign with us will reflect them in legally binding form.
