XIII — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 May 2026
Praisly’s privacy policy is being finalised in collaboration with our legal team. This page will be updated with the complete policy shortly. For privacy-related questions, contact privacy@praisly.com.
Praisly is built EU-first. We process personal data (caller names, phone numbers, appointment details, voice recordings, transcripts) strictly to provide the receptionist service you have engaged us to deliver. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the sub-processors required to operate the service (telephony, calendar, AI inference).
Data is stored on infrastructure that meets GDPR standards. Voice recordings and transcripts are retained only for the period necessary to operate, audit, and improve the service. You can request access, rectification, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to the address above.
The full policy — including the complete list of sub-processors, retention periods per data category, legal bases for processing, and your rights under the GDPR — will be published here before general availability. Until then, the commitments above describe our operating posture, and any contract you sign with Praisly will reflect them in legally binding form.
