XV — GDPR Compliance
Last updated: 18 May 2026
Praisly’s full GDPR documentation pack — including our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), sub-processor list, and Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) — is being finalised in collaboration with our legal team. To request our current draft DPA or ask any GDPR-related question, contact privacy@praisly.com.
Praisly is built EU-first. The service runs on infrastructure inside the European Union, and personal data we process on your behalf as a data processor stays inside the EU under standard contractual clauses with any sub-processors we rely on.
We will sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every customer that requires one. The DPA specifies the categories of personal data processed, the sub-processors involved, the security measures in place, and the procedures we follow for data subject requests (access, rectification, erasure, portability).
The full GDPR pack — with the sub-processor list, ROPA, security whitepaper, and DPA template — will be published here before general availability. Until then, every commitment above is operationally in force and reflected in any contract you sign with us.
